Payment
Upon ordering, please be aware that Credit/Debit card payments are taken immediately. Payment, and indeed the order, is then subject to scrutiny by either our Credit/Debit card security system Protx, or by our Sportsjam staff. We reserve the right to cancel any order if problems or issues arise at this stage of an order. Customers will be notified in any such case. 

Delivery times
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. This has now put our lead time of delivering kits, back to 2-3 weeks after receiving payment. This may alter during the peak times. We will advise of delivery times once your order has been received.

Delivery costs
Delivery in the UK: £2.50 for orders under £30, £5.50 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.
